I feel like mental health is something that is important to everyone and is a subject which everyone should educate themselves on.

I struggle with anxiety but i've found myself a little naive in what it involves and everything else. It's been my goal for a while now to educate myself more on aspects of mental health I don't know about and also educate myself further on the parts I do. It's vital to keep up to date with everything as there is always on going research which is there to help better understand.
