I feel like I haven't done a favourites post for a while and specifically in the beauty category. So today I decided to show you a few of my current beauty favourites.

1. Maybelline Color Tattoo - Creme De Rose
I used to love the M.A.C paint pot in painterly and then I lost it and I couldn't be bothered to spend that much on it again. So when I was stocking the Maybelline shelf at work and saw this I thought it would be a great dupe but for less price. I fell in love with this the first time I used it, It's a lovely nude which acts great as a base for eyeshadow but also looks great on it's own for a more simple natural look.

2. Makeup Revolution Baked Highlighter - Pink Lights
I can't remember when I first got this but I've only recently started to use this and it's great for a simple highlight. I would never have tried a pink/ purple highlighter before but it blends in well and leaves a great look.

3. Illamasqua Skin Base Foundation - SB 3.5
This is a fairly new product in my stash and so far it's a  great foundation. A little goes a long way and it blends super easily. It can be built up and gives a medium to high coverage. I find it covers all my imperfections, doesn't go streaky and lasts me all day. Also this is a great product for combination / oily skin as I never feel like it goes greasy throughout the day.

4. Maybelline The Lift Volume Express Mascara - Black
I picked up this masacra on a whim because I needed a volume one, and I'm so glad I did. I practically use this everyday because it's not so dramatic but it really does give a nice volume and lift to the lashes. I also really love the wand on this as it's only slightly curled and I never seem to poke my eye with this one.

5. Essence Matt Matt Matt Longlasting Lipgloss - 02 Beauty Approved
I've talked a little about this here. I have been using this non stop since especially for work, it's a great natural nude colour and feels so nice on the lips. It doesn't last as long on the lips as a liquid lipgloss but it doesn't go off in patches either.
