I've tried a little bit of Essence before as I had a nude eyeshadow palette which I kind of didn't like as much as I thought I would and also a blush which I really like. I've always kind of wanted to try more Essence products and thought that I would pick up a few things.

For some reason I'm really gravitated towards nude lips which is what I'm going to show along with a lovely blush which seemed right up my alley. Essence is super affordable and can't believe how much everything cost.

001. Liquid Lipstick in 02 Beauty Secret (£2.50)
This is a beautiful dark my lips but better shade. It combines the coverage of a lipstick along with the shine of the lipgloss. This applies so well and is really pigmented however it does feel slightly tacky like a lipgloss is which isn't my favourite.

002. Lipstick In 05 Cool Nude (£2.50)
People always seem to rave about Essence lipsticks and I really wanted to try a nude. My only true nudes are from M.A.C. This seems like a wonderful nude that won't leave me looking like I have a layer of concealer or foundation on my lips. For some reason I also love the packaging and think It looks ways more then the £2.50 price tag.

003. Matt Touch Blush In 20 Berry Me Up (2.50)
I really love my Essence blush I already have so decided to try about this matte one. Mainly because I love Matte products a lot. This is a nice deep dark pink however isn't insanely pigmented so It looks unwearable. It's also really easy to blend which is a great thing especially for me.

004 & 005. Lipliner In 07 Cute Pink & 11 In The Nude (£1.00)
I'm trying to wear more lipliners underneath my lipstick and decided to purchase a true nude and a pink nude which would go with a lot of lipsticks I already have. This one is a nice pink nude and will look so nice paired with the Liquid Lipstick. In the nude is the more true nude and will look great paired with 'Velvet Teddy' from M.A.C or even with the lipstick in this haul. Now that is lucky for me that I ended up liking two liners which will match both lipsticks I picked up.

006. All About Matt Oil Control Paper (£2.00)
I have really oily skin sometimes and this can be a problem when I want my makeup to last all day. I decided to try out these ones and they are also the perfect size to pop in my bag.
