I have been loving nail polish recently.

I've been trying to stop biting my nails and found that by painting them pretty colours i've been biting them less. So today I decided to show you my top 5 nail polishes that I am loving and usually find myself picking up.

First up is the shade 'Rumours and lies' by Topshop. This is a burgundy shade with a touch of deep pink. I love this so much, the colour is great and you only need two coats till its a perfect deep shade. I loved this colour for the winter but i am still most likely going to wear it throughout spring and summer also.

Next is another Topshop nail polish that is a slate grey, I don't know the actual name for this one but I love it. It's the perfect grey for me. It's not too dark but its also not too light, just the perfect in-between grey which looks so lovely on the nails. You only need one coat for this one as it has such a great colour pay-off.

Last Topshop shade is my perfect nude colour and is called 'Profound', it's quite a pinky nude colour but that's what I love about it. its a colour which you know is there but isn't too in your face. I can see myself wearing this a lot in the spring and the summer. I've found that all the topshop nail polishes have a fast drying time and all apply beautifully.

The last two nail polishes are from Urban Outfitters and I have fallen in love with these. Aside from the packaging which I love. The colour payoff is so nice and they have a good drying time. I would say they take a little longer than the Topshop ones.

First up is the shade 'Angel Delight' which is a baby pink. It reminds me of strawberry milk and I love this colour on my nails. This is also another shade that I think would be perfect for the summer. It does take two or three coats to make it opaque.

Lastly is my all time favourite that is known as 'Holographic' this is hands down the one that I reach for the most. I love holographic and this is the best holographic nail polish that I've seen. It shines in the light and just makes me happy to look at.
