MAY FAVOURITES 2015

4.6.15

Hey guys,

May went by really fast and it was full of celebrations and Exams. I am now officially not a university student which is so scary. I may do a post all about my university experience soon. However this post is about the things that i found myself loving and using all throughout the month.
First up is the new skincare favourite in my life which is the LUSH - Grease Lightning Spot Treatment. From having so much revision for exams I have been stressed to high heavens and been breaking out, however this little beauty has been helping me keep them at bay and go away quite quickly. I love this apart from the smell which is Lavender which isn't my favourite.

Secondly I have a new makeup product in my life which I actually purchased on my birthday in London. It's the Kiko Velvet Touch Creamy Stick Blush in Shade 07. I love this so much, it creates such a wonderful natural blush and has really converted me to cream blushes. It blends wonderfully on the skin and have found myself using this near enough everyday.

Next up I have the NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer in shade Honey (light3). My mum gave me this little beauty for my birthday and I really love it for covering my spots. It is slightly yellow toned but blends wonderfully. It creates the perfect coverage and hides blemishes perfectly.

I've also been using the best nude lipstick I have got which is by MAC in the shade MEHR. My friend got me this for my birthday which I literally squealed at (she also got me Velvet Teddy eek). This is the perfect Nude shade for me and is in my favourite finish which is Matte. It's a beautiful deep pink shade I've found myself wearing this a lot recently.

Lastly, I have been loving the Max Factor Dip In Eye Shadow in the shade Posh Pink (03). I purchased this quite a while ago and never really got on with it. However I decided to give it another go and found myself using it a lot more. It's such a pretty pink shimmer shade and I find it a weird texture, like powder but a bit more liquid like. I think the packaging is cute and this looks great when it is blended out.

What have been your favourites this month?
