What I Thought
 No Spoilers.

I picked this book up because everywhere I went (Ie. Waterstones and WHSmith) it was there in my face when I walked through the door and the cover sang to me (Not literally but I wish a cover could). I had picked up the book to read the blurb and I thought it sounded right up my street so when I saw it on an offer I picked it up.

At the beginning of the book I was really confused and didn't really like it due to the sudden change of characters perspectives. Which was never mentioned in the blurb or even on the chapters. It made me think 'meh' because all these characters just came out of nowhere and seemed to not link up.

It wasn't until the middle that I started to enjoy it and finally got around the different characters stories and who was who. I thought the book really picked up in the middle and how all these characters are linked was explained. I think I enjoyed the middle the most and all the characters were great.

The end was okay, I don't think it was the best ending but it most defiantly tied up the story and left on a nice(ish) ending.

I kind of knew what Ceilia's husbands secret was after a few chapters and after a certain characters life problem which kind of ruined it for me. Ceilia's husband (John-Paul) annoyed me even when he was only mentioned. I can't really put my finger on why except for when he's found out by his wife he just becomes this needy little 'forgive me please' character.

Overall this book was good but I think the blurb made me think it would be better.
